Levante Villa, new villa with private pool and panoramic view

Levante Villa is a new built villa located on a hill, offering a panoramic view over the north coast of Chania Prefecture. There are 2 properties in the field but the layout of the villas and the outdoor areas ensure the maximum possible privacy. Maleme village with its long, pebbly beach is 5km away, Chania city is 20km away and the famous beach of Falasarna is 40km away.

The outdoor area of the villa is well designed; bushes have been planted around the property, with the aim of creating a living fence. The infinity pool has air jets in one end, where you can seat and relax admiring the view. Sun loungers and umbrellas are found around the pool. There is a bbq and a dining set at the shade of the balcony.

The interior of the house is cozy and modern. The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area with large glass sliding doors, allowing access to the pool area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one double and one twin, are found on the first floor. The bedrooms of this level are ensuited, while all bedrooms have big window walls offering view to the sea. Twin beds can be turned into a double bed.
