Koukounara Residence is a beautifully appointed property located in Belousi, Zakynthos, offering a perfect getaway for families, couples, and friends. The residence is fully equipped with all modern appliances, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The residence features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed, A/C, and a 45" TV, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring the island. The third bedroom also has a double bed and A/C, ensuring everyone has their own peaceful retreat. The 2 bathrooms include one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, both stocked with premium toiletries and a washing machine for added convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the spacious living room, with a 55" TV, provides a relaxing area for entertainment and unwinding.

Step outside to enjoy the villa’s outdoor furniture and sunbeds, perfect for soaking up the sun, or fire up the BBQ for a delicious meal with friends or family. The outdoor space offers an exceptional place to relax, unwind, and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

In case of an emergency please be aware that the host stays in the basement. He has his own entrance, so he will not disturb you during your stay and he is willing to assist you in any way.

There is also an environmental fee of 15 €/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.

We ask 200€ as a damage deposit,which we collect in cash upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!
