No dryer in the unit - have to line drive clothes outside if you plan to wash. No wash clothes, couldn't figure out stove top, no oven. Place was quiet and in an awesome location! Very small compare to what pictures show. We did enjoy our stay but wouldn't stay again! Host are great and property was very clean!

The location was great was perfect, the air conditioning was fantastic, shopping near by, the only complaint was I feel they could have given directions on the stove and the showers could be deep cleaned more often.

We were very pleased with our stay with Sorrento Vibes. One minor thing to know - if you are tall (taller than 6’0) the showers might be a little short for you. Doable but worth noting! The company was very easy to communicate with and everything was clean. Would stay again.

In the center of the Sorrento shopping\restaurant district. Area felt very safe. Ten minute walk to the Marina. Host communicated very well.

The property was not clean. Hair in the bathroom fixtures were dirty. kitchen sink was not clean. Dust and dirty blankets.. Not one bit of bath soap or shampoo . There was a little coffee and half used tea display. Also some dispencers in the shower with a bit of some liquid, but the containers were mildewed. Not much to welcome weary travelers. The hosts were very helpful and available had we needed anything. Location was perfect. We had a lovely stay in Sorento. The 80 euro cleaning seemed excessive considering how much I had to clean myself. They could do better.. The location was perfect. It is a sweet little place.

Flavia was our local host and she met us for check in. She was very responsive with any communication during our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was incredible, right in the middle of the little streets with restaurants and shops, closer to the viewpoints and the elevator down to the beaches. The apartment also had a washer and a line outside the window for drying clothes which was a bonus! Highly recommend this beautiful place!

The property is cute and clean except some black mold in the kitchen and bathroom. There are 3 flights of steps in the apartment and no living room. Great location.

Location is everything!! This is right in the heart of Sorrento with all the shops and restaurants at your door step. About a 5-10 minute walk down to the water as well which was very convenient. Staff was attentive and so quick to respond with updates. We didn’t want to leave Sorrento BUT couldn’t wait to get out of this place by the end… Cleanliness was a huge issue. Right from the second you walk in the door you are met with a funky damp smell. There are stains, chips, and rips all over the walls and furniture plus filthy floorboards that aren’t even attached to the kitchen cabinets. The worst of all was the mold…. Inside kitchen cabinets, inside shower door(s) and handles, inside the washing machine soap dispenser, inside the downstairs shampoo holder, and worst of all we had one person in our group get sick after finding mold growing in the main bedroom AC unit blowing on him all weekend. Lastly, be aware when booking this place that the 2nd “bed” is basically a pullout couch with 2 blocks of cardboard covered by a single sheet.

2 nights in Sorrento

The location is perfect - short walk from the lift to the port, and an excellent restaurant - Gnocchi - directly across the alleyway, with a ton more on the nearby cross street. To be fair, I was VERY tired when we checked in, as my friend had recently broken her ankle. I thought that we would be met for check-in, but it was a self check-in with a lockbox instead. Rafaelle did connect with us via Whatsapp and walked me thru how to access the keys, which key went with the lock, and how to turn the power on. After the ankle break, I asked for confirmation as to what floor this was on, and was told ground level. Technically, this is true, but the only thing on the ground floor is a bathroom. You have to climb a full flight of steps to get to the bedrooms (adjacent to each other), and then another half flight to get to the second bathroom (very small). If you need to use a bathroom, steps will be involved. All of this would have been fine if we were aware in advance - and didn't have a broken ankle involved. Air conditioner does cool down the main floor quickly. This is important - if you leave, the keys are used to turn the power on/off, and there wasn't a second set. Place was very clean - beds were mediocre comfortable. Worth staying at, but understand what the challenges are.
