¡La comodidad, el espacio y las excelentes comodidades se unen en esta casa adosada con encanto de tres niveles y tres habitaciones! 2985 Ironwood Townhome seguramente será el escenario perfecto para su próxima excursión a la montaña.
Convenientemente ubicado a sólo unos minutos a pie de la zona de base de la Casa de Montaña, Ironwood es un pequeño grupo de Townhomes que le da privacidad y buenas comodidades como un garaje de un coche y un pequeño patio privado con un jacuzzi privado! Hay un amplio espacio en el hogar, con más de 1.800 pies cuadrados en tres niveles. Cada piso tiene su propio dormitorio y baño, y hay dos espacios para vivir; Perfecto para traer a toda la familia!
La entrada principal del segundo piso es un nivel de división. Hay una sala de barro de nivel inferior para desembalar y guardar el equipo y la ropa y las escaleras para acceder a la sala de estar principal con la sala de estar, cocina y comedor. La sala de estar es abierta y acogedora con techos abovedados, una enorme chimenea de gas, un baño completo en el pasillo y una bonita terraza de segundo piso con una barbacoa que da a las pistas! La cocina tiene citas bonitas y una hermosa encimera de piedra que se abre en el comedor. El comedor está justo entre la cocina y el patio y tiene una mesa con capacidad para 8 personas. Un dormitorio de invitados con una cómoda cama de matrimonio completa el segundo piso.
Abajo de la sala de mudroom es otra sala de estar con TV y acceso al patio y patio de nivel inferior. El patio trasero está vallada y cuenta con un jacuzzi privado! Hay otro dormitorio de la reina en este nivel inferior y un baño completo. También hay una lavadora y secadora apiladas para mayor comodidad.
Arriba está la suite principal; Con techos altos, magníficas vistas de las montañas circundantes, una televisión y una cama king size que nunca querrá dejar este retiro especial! El baño principal es enorme, con un tocador y lavamanos de pared a pared, una ducha de vidrio y una bañera separada.
¡Esta casa adosada seguramente será el favorito de los huéspedes por sus características únicas y exclusividad!

Este condominio cuenta con dos estacionamientos.

The property was very well-maintained and clean. Very close to the Peru lift. a little far to walk in ski boots in my opinion, but I did see others walking to the lift in their ski boots. The host was very responsive to text message. Overall was a great stay and I would recommend this.

We had a great stay

Love the layout for 2 or even 3 families. It worked well for us. My only complaint is that we couldn't get the internet to work. The views are amazing. Within walking distance to a coffee shop/pub. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

First ski trip

This property was wonderful for our son’s first ski trip. Easily walkable to the beginner ski area, and easy access to River Run Village. The home’s layout was perfect for parents, grandparents, and children.

Wonderful property

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was clean, spacious and cozy. The proximity to the ski lifts was great. Just a short walk to Peru express. The house has a nice kitchen. Having washer and dryer as well as a grill was a bonus. Our family loved our vacation here! We would like to come back!

Keystone Slope side

Was very easy to access, very nice place. Full 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with sleeper in living room and downstairs, easily sleep 10 adults. Was actually a 2 min walk to Peru lift, maybe 5 min shuttle ride to River Run Village. An amazing o lace to stay and would recommend to anyone!

An absolute gem!!

The location of this property is OUTSTANDING! Walking distance to the gondola or the Peru Express lift. The place itself was exactly what we needed. We had two families of four with room to spare. Heated garage. Fireplace that heats the entire condo. Hot tub! Can’t beat this place!

Keystone Ski Trip

House was well positioned by the Mountain House lift. It does require a short walk to reach the lift. Only complaint was that the hot tub was hot but the jets were malfunctioning.

Great place, very convenient to slopes. Second floor heat was not functional but space heaters were provided. Hot tub was over chlorinated. Couple light bulbs out but nothing major. Great time was had by all. Cheers

The location of the condo was great, the size was ample for a larger group but we chose this place (bigger than we needed) for the private hot tub. The hot tub was clean and in working order; however, the patio furniture was too dirty to sit or eat on and needs cleaned. My husband had to sweep the back patio so we could go outside barefooted to get in the hot tub, since there were so many pine cones and needles, ouch! The inside of the condo was tidy and clean enough, but could definitely use a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. The WiFi did not work for our entire stay, but the property manager was responsive and gave us a fair discount for the inconvenience. All in all, I would recommend this condo but not sure I would choose to stay there again.

Convenient and Clean!

This property was a four minute walk to the slopes! It was awesome!!! It was a great layout for our family. My husband and I took the main floor bedroom. One son and his family were upstairs and the other son and his family were downstairs. The only thing lacking was the heat in the middle floor bedroom was broken. I think it must have been for a while because there was a space heater in the closet to be used. Otherwise it was a great property. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Don’t clean with Lysol! The inside of the frig was also cleaned with it. Terrible smell.

Every time we opened the frig the smell of Lysol came out. Many things need repair and clean/ attention. Disappointing compared to other units in the complex.
