Large window faces Borisova Gradina and Eagle Bridge (Orlov Most). Shared, lockable bathroom shared with two other private rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, easy self check-in, and just a short walk to the metro with direct airport access.

Set right by Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, this is one of Sofia’s most iconic and lively central areas — where grand early-20th-century architecture, student energy, and everyday local life all mix together.

Even though you’re in the city centre, the neighbourhood feels surprisingly balanced. Within a short walk you’ve got calmer spots like the National Library, the Botanic Garden, and the start of Borisova Gradina — perfect for a morning walk, a coffee break, or a little escape into greenery.

Culture is everywhere here. You’re close to landmarks like Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the National Gallery, and the Bulgarian National Theatre, plus plenty of exhibitions and events throughout the year.

Perfect location, close to the subway and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. In less than 30 minutes, we saw several beautiful places and were also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries. The internet was stable. The only downside was the cleanliness of the blankets and bathroom, but it was fixable. Communication with the host was always quick and accurate. I recommend the place.
