The accommodation has two double bedrooms, with a double bed

In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed, which means that it can be used as a third bedroom if necessary.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The accommodation is suitable for up to 5 people.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, coffee, sanitised kitchen kit and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.

The property has air conditioning in all rooms. The heating works by heating pumps.

The duplex is in a privileged location, so you will be able to reach walking every point of interest of this city.

If you want to go to places that are not in the city centre we recommend you to take the tranvia.

The apartament has very good connections. If you came by train or plane you have direct public transport to the apartment.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Zaragoza. While it is generally well-insulated from outside noise, its unbeatable location means you may occasionally hear sounds from street activity, people passing by, and nearby businesses.

You will stay in a duplex with elevator access, fully renovated, with two floors inside connected by stairs. Please note that the interior staircase is made of metal, is visible in the photos, and is relatively steep.

Distribution of places:

1. Double room with double bed.

3. Single sofa bed.

Note:
- The accommodation has approximately 60 square meters spread over two floors.
- Note: The property is located in a building with an elevator. Cabin size: 60 × 60 cm. Inside the duplex, the upper and lower levels are connected by a metal staircase.
- Due to its central location, some street noise may be heard.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
