The accommodation has two bedrooms with a double bed. In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, coffee and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Logroño, it is unusual to find noise from outside, but due to its unbeatable location YOU MAY FIND OCCASIONAL NOISE FROM OUTSIDE DUE TO THE TRAFFIC OF PEOPLE AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.

It is located on the second floor and has an elevator.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
