Welcome to this unique home in the heart of Cudillero, one of the most beautiful jewels of Asturias. This cozy accommodation is located in the historic center of the coastal town, allowing you to enjoy the peace and beauty of this town.
The house has been recently renovated and is designed to offer a unique experience of comfort and relaxation.
With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay.
Disguise.
The accommodation has a bedroom in the second floor. In addition, there is a living room in the first floor equipped with a sofa bed.
The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.
In our property you will find all the necessary amenities, shower gel, shampoo, bed linen, towels, wifi, cleaning kit, all electrical appliances and all the necessary equipment.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, coffee, disinfected cleaning kit and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.
The heating works by radiators.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
