Situated just 3 km from the Segovia Aqueduct, this cozy home is perfect for up to 5 guests and offers everything for a comfortable stay. You can explore the town of La Lastrilla on foot, but driving is recommended to visit Segovia`s main attractions.

The house features three bedrooms:
-A twin room with two single beds
-A double room with a double bed
-A single room with one bed

There`s also a living room with a sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and a large dining table. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals, and the bathroom includes all necessary amenities.

Guests have full access to the property, including bed linens, towels, hand soap, gel, shampoo, kitchen paper, coffee, and a disinfected cleaning kit.

La Lastrilla is a small town just 3 km from Segovia, where you can enjoy a peaceful rural environment. For major tourist sites like the Plaza Mayor (4.3 km), Segovia`s walls (4.7 km), and the Alcázar of Segovia (5.4 km), it’s recommended to drive. The Peñalara Natural Park is also 25 km away, making this an ideal spot for activities like hiking, skiing, and fishing.

*If you want to tkae the bus for the route from Segovia to La Lastrilla, it depends on the route taken by the bus (buses are not direct and make several stops). It can take more than 30 minutes.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
