Nestled in an exclusive location just a short distance from the iconic Hollywood sign, Casa Tuxedo is a gorgeous, hacienda-style villa with four sumptuous bedrooms. It's within easy reach of the prestigious Hollywood Blvd, Warner Brothers Studios and Universal Studios, making it an ideal location for exploring the glamorous side of LA. Spacious, exquisitely decorated and with plenty of character, this magnificent villa welcomes up to eight guests. While a visit to the Hollywood sign may be at the top of guests’ to-do lists, there are also some hidden gems close by, including Bronson Caves. You’ll recognise these caves from the original Batman movie. Nearby Griffith Park provides guests with hiking trails, while an outdoor flight of stairs leads down to the local streets, where you’ll find plenty of great cafés and restaurants. Casa Tuxedo embraces the Spanish and Mexican influences of this part of SoCal, with wonderfully colourful interiors and arched doorways. However, this luxury vacation rental in California also has a contemporary flourish that sits comfortably with the villa's more relaxed, exuberant side. Living spaces are large and filled with plush furniture with a wonderfully eclectic mix of artworks and sculptures to bring a flash of individuality into each space. The kitchen is fully fitted and any chef’s dream, while a smaller kitchenette on the second level down is ideal for whipping up a coffee and light snacks to take out into the garden. The dining room has a bespoke wooden table as its centrepiece and is a perfect spot for a dinner party. Your dedicated concierge can arrange for a personal chef to make that anniversary meal truly special. The villa’s four bedrooms are delightful, with each one having a boutique feel and its own style. The primary suite has a comfortable king-size bed and is decorated in pleasingly neutral colours for a restful night’s sleep. The ensuite is fully tiled to create a wet room, accompanied by a twin vanity unit. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a striking turquoise-tiled ensuite, while the fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and attractive ensuite. The third guest room is a bold, colourful room with a Murphy bed and bespoke wallpaper, with a small office next to it and a beguiling ensuite. Outside, the patio provides guests with a tranquil oasis in which to unwind, with shady bushes and trees offering plenty of privacy. Casa Tuxedo is colourful, charming, and individual, providing a stunning retreat within easy reach of LA's restaurants, high-end shopping, and entertainment.

- The home is spread over multiple levels with no internal elevator. There are 10+ narrow steps down to the main entrance level of the home from the top garage floor level. There is no Cable or Satellite TV in the home, instead there is a Smart TV and Roku where you can access streaming apps such as Netflix, etc. As well as local channels via Spectrum. The fourth bedroom located on the lowest floor of the home is only accessible from the outside. There is a separate outside stairwell from the third bedroom that leads you down to the entrance. Alternatively, there is a side outside stairwell around the home. In the third bedroom downstairs, there is a double Murphy bed. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one person. This is also the main TV room. There is one parking space in the home's garage that will fit up to a medium-size SUV. There is also one additional parking space parallel to the garage. There is an external security camera in the front of the home facing out towards the street and an internal camera in the living room. Both security cameras will be turned off during stays. A small section of the exterior fence next to the garage has been damaged and will need to be replaced. This should be completed before the end of 2025, however please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details.
