French windows open onto a small balcony, which overlooks the quiet street. The separate kitchen is off the dining area. It includes newly fitted units and is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.

Location
The charming town of Desenzano del Garda is known for its Roman villa (8 minute walk), Medieval castle (7 minute walk) and Archeological Museum (6 minute walk). The winding streets are home to many tempting boutiques, restaurants and cafés. Guests will find all the amenities they need for a relaxed holiday. For self-catering, the town’s weekly market (5 minute walk) on Tuesday mornings is the best place to find fresh local produce to cook at home.

There are several beaches close by and here visitors can swim, kayak, paddleboard or windsurf. Guests can hire their own boat (rental centre 4 minute walk) or alternatively, there are regular ferries from Desenzano del Garda to many of the lovely, historic towns around the lake. The ferry dock is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

The nearest airports are Verona Villafranca (35 minute drive) and Milan Bergamo (55 minute drive).
