on a plot of 760m² with heated swimming pool, this charming house of 120m² can accommodate up to 6 people, offers you the comfort of 3 bedrooms with a zen and nature spirit (the first with a 160 bed, the second with a 140 convertible bed and the third with a 160 bed), a shower room, a dining room, a living room with corner sofa and 2 armchairs, a large equipped kitchen with central island, WC, laundry room, large terrace with electric blind, summer kitchen equipped with a wood oven and a gas plancha, garden furniture. The splendid swimming pool with wide staircase allowing the little ones to play under the watchful eye of the family is heated, it has a dedicated shower / WC area, the large wooden terrace equipped with its sun loungers which borders it, will be a place of sharing and conviviality. the extension is a landscaped garden, planted with trees with a fish pond and a superb pontoon where it is good to relax and observe.

Arrivals are on Saturday between 4pm and 7pm, departures on Saturday no later than 10am

A deposit of €3,500 (€3,200 for equipment and €300 for cleaning) is required, it can be returned no later than 7 days after departure.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included in our services, it can be ordered and paid in addition upon arrival (service cost €250)

Linens other than those described are not provided in the rental.
