Situated in the heart of Exeter is this 2 bedroom apartment, that can sleep up to 6 guests. With free parking, a 55" smart TV and super fast Wifi.
This large 1st floor apartment is perfectly located, within walking distance to the City Ctr, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the SW Coastline.
Perfect for both business and leisure trips. Pets welcome.
A recently refurbished, entire home on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and private balcony and garden with lockable bike storage accessed from the rear.
The living room has a comfy L shaped sofa, a large armchair and 55" smart TV. The sofa turns into a double sized bed to sleep 2 extra people. There are black out curtains and blinds.
There is a designated office working space, along with super fast, free Wifi.
The kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided.
The modern bathroom has a full sized bath, with a luxurious waterfall shower over. There is a separate toilet. Complimentary mini toiletries provided.
There are two bedrooms. The large master has a super king sized bed, which can be split into two singles, with ample clothes storage. The 2nd has a single bed, with pull out trundle bed underneath. Both bedrooms have black out curtains and blinds. All bed linen and towels provided.
Takeaway delivery available through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat!
