This captivating villa lays in 500m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 60m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non heated), also boasting hydromassage features with 6 seats, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. The Living Room & Kitchen area have access to the pool area, and also the ground floor bedroom. There is sufficient parking space for up to 5 cars outside of the villa premises. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate summer living and an unforgettable holiday experience.

This captivating home boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 150m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts three bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with couch for two more guest to sleep & a fully equipped kitchen. An additional WC lays at the level of the living room. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the iconic villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch in the living room. The maximum capacity of this villa is 8 guests.
