Close to the beach and amenities of Punta Prima. 30km to nearest golf course. Local amenities are a 10 min walk away and the town of Mahon is a 20 min drive away, there is a regular bus service.

Downstairs: living room, kitchen, double bedroom, bath, cover terrace with fantastic views and garage.

Upstairs: bathroom, double bedroom and main bedroom with terrace.

City tax is not included in the rate. An extra €2.20 per person per night not applicable to children under 16 years old will be applied. This tax must be paid by the guests upon arrival. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
