Fully heated and cieling fans in most rooms, traditional cottage feel with old stone floors and beams. There are beautiful mosaic floor tiles in most bedrooms. This house has thick walls that are over 200 years old, built and designed in those days to keep cool.
The house has been fully modernised with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with ceramic induction stove, Oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The dining room leads out to a beautiful landscaped private courtyard and private saltwater pool. The perfect spot for breakfast or a refreshing swim.

The first floor boasts a beautiful double bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets, comfy mattress and en suite bathroom.

The remaining three bedrooms have a double size beds, and a pretty shared bathroom.

This is a unique space, steeped in charm and traditional style and very elegant! You won’t want to leave!

Located on the foothills of the Penedes wine region, in El Papiolet, close to the vibrant town of Sitges, with its miles of beaches, and Barcelona, Tarragona and Montserrat. Private tours of vineyards can be arranged.


BEACHES - There are many beaches close to home. In only 12 minutes you park the car along the beach in Coma Ruga with the palmtrees that grow on the beach. You can walk if you want to the beaches of Francas or Roda de Bara or Creixell. There are al lot of nice beachbars. For lunch I can recommend Vila dels Angels in Coma Ruga, there is also a nice cocktailbar next to puerto deportiva Roda de Bara.
Calafell en Sitges are two beaches in the other direction. Again a lot of possibilities for eating and drinking. I am fan from Rachels Tapas Restaurante in Calafell/Beach.
