Brand new townhome located in Compass Bay. The resort offers great amenities to its guests including: two gazebos with picnic areas, two kids' playgrounds, and a great swimming pool.


Guests can take advantage of its proximity to Osceola Parkway, US 192, 417, SR 535, I-4, and International Drive that gives them a short ride to all the attraction parks, bar & restaurants, golf courses, natural trails, and shopping malls.


Immaculate shades of white with greens and blues accentuate the stunning décor of the spacious combination of living-dining and kitchen area.


The upper floor offers a comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests in its four bedrooms.


Guests will find two masters, the main suite with KingSize bed and the second suite with QueenSize bed. Along the hallway there are two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The bedroom (3) has a Twin-Over-Full Bunk bed with a trundle. The bedroom (4) has two TwinSize beds. The washer/dryer area is also in the hallway.

✦ What We Provide:
Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.
Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.

✦ Pet Policy:
We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.

✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $200 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

You must be 21 or older to book with us.
