REVISIÓN DE 5 ESTRELLAS DE CADA INVITADO: vista exquisita de 1000 'de trucha, privacidad y montañas. Frente al hogar en 5 acres con espacio para recorrer. Impresionante lugar. Todos se quedan sin palabras cuando miran desde la terraza hacia el patio trasero. Hermosa Creek Side Home con chimenea de leña, hermosos pisos de madera de ciprés australiano y un arroyo que fluye justo debajo de la cubierta principal y principal. Inmaculado. King, Queen, Full y 2 x Twins. Ubicado en 4 acres. Muy privado. Gran agujero de pesca de truchas, piscina de inmersión en el arroyo. A solo una milla de la fundición de cuchillos de la vieja escuela. Minutos a todo. Uno de los lugares más bonitos del área de Franklin con un riachuelo en el lugar y una pequeña área de playa en el riachuelo en aguas poco profundas para que los niños jueguen hasta los tobillos o busquen gemas. Cargas para que los niños hagan con minería de gemas, curso de cable, cascadas, kayak, el centro de Franklin. Ven a hacerlo tuyo

Middle Creek corner

Nice house with everything we needed, in a convenient location. The porch overlooking the creek is the place to be. Comfortable bed and good shower and tub. Not secluded, but quiet. Note: BYO blankets, soap, dish cloths.

Perfect Mountain Family Getaway

Our favorite weeks of the year are spent in this home. Watching the kids play in the river and relaxing on the back deck are how we spend our hours here. Location is perfectly situated for easy access to outings, hiking and restaurants.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

Holiday Gateaway

The house was wonderful, featuring a spacious kitchen and a large master best complete with a dream closet. The living room was equally impressive, with high ceilings and big windows. A cozy fireplace added warmth and charm, making it the perfect spot for relaxing evenings. The backyard was beautiful. I enjoyed the quit mornings with a cup of coffee.

Amazing property

When I think of North Carolina, this is it! Beautiful home and beautiful creek with trees all around. Access is also easy, with good roads and mountain valley views along the way. Awesome!

This perfect cabin is only steps from a beautiful creek. The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Comfortable beds, huge garden tub, very clean. If I could rate this cabin any higher than a 5, I certainly would!!

What a Fun Time!

I loved this home. It was spacious and clean with gorgeous views! The babbling creek is pretty to look at as well as nice to hear. We had bonfires creekside every night. This home is a great place to stay.

We had an amazing family vacation at Scott’s cabin.. The cabin location right in front of the creek is fantastic.. Having cup coffee every morning on the water front deck and listen the creek waters and surrounded by mature trees.. Well preserved florests.. Will be back for sure..

Great cabin away from everything!

Beautiful spot with nice little creek! House needs some cleaning and updating, but the owner was willing to take our last minute booking so cleaning could be related to our scheduling. The yard is a little on the wild side, but can be overlooked as cabin charm!

A creek in your backyard

Very nice house, and a beautiful surrounding. There is a creek in the backyard and lots of space for kids and dogs to play. The tubing in the creek was really fun.

Relaxing and refreshing

We had a wonderful stay! This home is as represented in description and photos. We relaxed just staying in home, sitting on the deck and fishing in the creek that runs around the rental. Scott is a wonderful host and gave us suggestions based on our family. Checking in and out was easy. I know we want to come back again.

Perfect spot to recharge your families batteries

We had a great experience! The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The location and creek were amazing! The kids fished and tubed down town the creek and there were plenty of things to do in the area. Highly recommend white water rafting at the Natahala Outdoor Center on the chattooga river (about 40 minutes away) and the gold city gem mine (about 30 minutes). Scott was great and answered any questions we had promptly. Overall highly recommend!

Family Thanksgiving 2022

Very nice house , very clean and had everything we needed. The owner Scott was very nice and accommodating also. The heat was on when we arrived which made the house very nice and warm. My grandsons loved the creek and having a campfire at night while roasting marshmallows. Lots of family memories made. Will definitely be back.

A great family vacation!

The property was great and the host, Scott, could not have been more attentive and helpful. The stream out back was great for our 16-year-old to fish in. The house is an easy drive from several fun activities. We enjoyed Waterfall viewing, Dry Falls was incredible, as well as Zip Lining at Highlands Aeriel Park. We rafted the Nantahala River and took the train ride into the Nantahala gorge, which was stunning (get the cars with the AC if in the summer). All in all it was a wonderful vacation, and the greater Highlands area is just beautiful.

very welcoming home

We enjoyed both the home and the yard. The kids enjoyed the creek and the rock they name "Pride Rock". It was too cold to get in the water but they still enjoyed the water. The house was very comfortable and the owner had provided lots of little extras to make us feel welcome and to enjoy during our stay.

Exactly what we were looking for!!!

Wanted a nice, private house in the Mountains with stream. We got everything we wanted and more!!! Owner was super helpful and friendly. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was a great place to unwind with the family and enjoy nature. The kids had a blast kayaking and hunting for gems in the stream. It was great to feel secluded, yet less than 15 minutes away from stores and shopping. Can’t wait to book again sometime!

Hope you can enjoy this house. It is just too nice to keep for just us. I am a software exec and go between Florida and North Carolina. This cabin has been exclusively for private use for our family for 25 years and only recently made available for guests so please come and enjoy this paradise.

This is what everybody wants. Relax on the deck, enjoy the view of he creek and take a walk in the creek. You can take a plunge in the creek but it is shallow with area about 5' in small portion but most of it is shallow and kids love it. Relax in the creek and try catching some trout. A large deck overlooks a spectacular 1000' of creekfront. This is a clean family friendly home/ cabin with the comforts that you need to have a nice time. It is not a multi million dollar fancy place but instead a comfy family cabin/ house in the right spot convenient to everything. It has the best creek front situation you will find on VRBO for this area. I try my best to provide a 5 star experience according to my guests and I communicate with you during the visit to make sure everything is fine. If something goes wrong I will try my very best to fix it. I work remote and internet works fine for me using programs like gsuite, salesforce.com and zoom (using profile pic) but you are not in big city with fiber optic so if you need that go to next property.. We are close to Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA. Fishing behind the house and kids can play in the creek all day long. Shallow part of creek up to ankels and shins. We have pulled various gemstones out of the creek at the bend. This is a private and tranquil setting that you will not want to leave. Beautiful wood floors throughout and all the comforts of home. The trout are known to bite on meal worms, right behind the house if you are lucky. Many kids have caught their first fish here while on vacation. Also plenty of trout farms nearby if you want a sure thing/ catch.

Large deck overlooking private creek where kids will spend their entire day. This is what everyone hopes to have when they visit NC. Franklin, NC and Clayton, GA is nearby about 10-15 minutes to both. Plenty to do around with kayaking, gem mining, waterfall hiking, great restaurants, and all the conveniences but very very private.
