Apartment Ivan 1, accommodating up to 5 people, is situatedon the first floor of a family house in the picturesque cove of Grscica, on Korcula's enchanting southwest coast. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a well-appointed kitchen with a dining area, a refreshing bathroom, and an additional toilet for convenience. One bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the other offers two single beds and an extra bed. Notably, like the other 3 apartments, the highlight of this abode is its expansive terrace. Here, guests can unwind in a deck chair, relish their favorite meals, and sip morning coffee while marveling at the breathtaking sea view.
