This property has been designed to create memorable holidays. Contemporary style decoration throughout the 3 floors and spacious interiors will accommodate groups up to 20 people.

The garden features an outdoor restaurant, a bar and a volleyball court. A large swimming pool serves the garden, where all sorts of events can happen, from private chef meals to theme parties. Live shows are available.

The villa has its own private club for the sole usage of the clients.

In a 220 sqm area decorated with wood and stone, you’ll find a central bar that serves the sports and games room and the poker table.

Additional packages provide staff and service for the house club. On your special night, you can choose to be in the dance floor, at the bar or in the chill out lounge.

Live band shows and DJ performances are available on the additional service packages, as well as professional bar service. Throw your party in the club and choose the theme for your friends and family.

Sit back comfortably with the whole family and choose your favourite film from Netflix, Blu-ray or other providers. If it is game day, you can put on your shirt and open the bar to support your team.

Gamers will be amazed with the Xbox One experience, as they’ll feel to be inside the game through the 120″ 4K screen and the 5.1 surround sound system.

The 10 suites are decorated with contemporary lines, featuring king-size beds and generous areas. A suite in the ground floor is prepared to accommodate 2 people with reduced mobility.

The bathrooms are fitted with Nordic wood with epoxy finishes, done by local craftsmen. All the suites have SMART TVs, Netflix, A/C, 2.1 sound systems and bathroom speakers.

In the morning, home-made delicious breakfasts can be awaiting you in the dining room, overlooking the sunrise and the beautiful garden.

You can choose your ambience sound on the tablet set on the wall.

This floor has also a restaurant inside, good for 20 people. The fully equipped kitchen will be the delight of every chef cooking meals for the whole group.

On the lower floor there is a gymnasium available for our clients.

Bikes, rowing machines and weights can be used to maintain your body shape. These exercises can be supervised by a personal trainer, which can be hired separately.

Exercise can be also done in the garden or on the beach volleyball court.
