- 3 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed, one with twin beds, and one single) sleeping 5 people, with linens provided;
- spacious living room with a 43" UltraHD 4K TV and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests;
- new kitchen equipped with dishes, utensils, an induction cooktop, and appliances; a pantry/laundry room with a new washing machine; a storage room; and a bathroom;
- air conditioning with Plasma Quad Plus technology for air purification and the elimination of viruses and bacteria;
- private garage and shared parking space;
- two beach spots, each with a beach umbrella and four lounge chairs included, during the summer season;
- quiet residential area with plenty of amenities, including supermarkets, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a church, shops, bars, etc.;

The accommodations are equipped with a fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide and combustible gas detectors in compliance with the law.
Upon check-in, the person who made the reservation must sign a tourist rental agreement summarizing the rental terms and conditions and the handover of the property and its contents; all guests must be identified, and copies of all identification documents must be obtained.
A tourist tax is also due for stays from April 1 through October 31 and must be paid at check-in. The current rate is 1.80 euros per guest per day of stay, up to the tenth day.
