4 bedroom villa with swimming pool, garage and BBQ and in a fantastic location which will certainly provide a pleasant and relaxed holiday.



This villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, guest bathroom, living room, dining room and independent kitchen. Outside, BBQ, garden and private pool.



On the ground floor you will find the living and dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and another complete with a shower cabin. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite.



The living room has two areas, the living room and the dining area, the living area has a sofa, fireplace, TV and access to the outside where you will find the swimming pool, garden and barbecue.



The dining room has an 8-seat table overlooking the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and electric kettle. The washing machine is in the pantry.



The capacity of this villa is 8 people. For babies, we have a travel bed and high chair available upon request. Please note that the travel bed does not include sheets.



The apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each guest.



Reservations made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept reservations from people under 18 years old. Reservations for people aged between 18 and 25 will be asked for a deposit of €500, which will be returned after checking the good condition of the apartment. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
