Villa Luna's is located in a hilly area in the hinterland of Senigallia, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of Le Marche region.
The beach of Senigallia, known as the ‘Velvet Beach’, is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find long beaches of fine sand with shallow waters, ideal for families with children, beach clubs and chalets on the seafront, where you can have fun and enjoy the long summer days.
In addition to the beaches, in this town you will find a charming historic centre, where you can stroll around and admire squares, churches and historical monuments, such as the majestic Rocca Roveresca; renowned restaurants where you can taste fish specialities such as grilled fish, brodetto and fritto misto of the Adriatic; and many events, including international ones, such as the famous 'Summer Jamboree', an international festival of American music and culture in the 1940s and 1950s, attended by people from all over the world.
From the villa you can easily reach the villages and towns of the valley and visit some of the most popular destinations in this region. There are many places to visit in this area: coastal cities such as Fano, Pesaro and Ancona, where the sea and history blend harmoniously among the streets of these towns; historic villages nestled among the rolling hills, including Corinaldo, Mondavio, Ostra, Ostra Vetere, Arcevia and its castles; art cities such as Urbino, Gradara, Jesi and Fabriano, where you can breathe in the charm of the past.

The beautiful pool, equipped with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, has a gradual depth, it is illuminated and has a Roman staircase and diving board.
From here there is a wonderful view stretches from the hills to the sea, with the town of Senigallia in the distance.
Next to the pool, a gazebo with sofas provides an additional area for relaxation.
On the ground floor level of the villa there is a large porch with opening French doors, conveniently accessible from the living room-kitchen, equipped with table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining.

- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine with cappuccino maker, table and chairs;
- a double bedroom with a small terrace;
- a bathroom with shower.
The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning.
The first floor consists of:
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bedroom with two single beds and a small balcony;
- a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.
The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning.
On the basement floor there are:
- a double bedroom with a large French window overlooking the garden and a sitting area with armchairs and a fireplace;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a wellness area with a sauna-steam bath and a large shower;
