CASA WINNIE with a beautiful garden is an accommodation overlooking the serene neighbourhood of Kelaniya village. The tasteful blend of beautiful interior and colonial furnishings create a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
This space is ideal for a family or group of friends of 4 - 5 adults. Highly recommended for long term stays. The space has two bed rooms with a shared bathroom. Necessary amenities available including hot water. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. A complimentary early check-in / late check out can be organized based on availability. A car park is available at the entrance.

2 Bedrooms:
- The two bedrooms share a common bathroom equipped with hot water facility as well as towels and basic toiletries
- Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
- One bedroom has an Extra Large King size bed and the other bedroom has two double beds. Extra mattress can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
- Washing machine is available for your laundry needs
Living Room:
- The living room has a relaxing lounge area with flat screen smart TV with cable network
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with dining table and chairs, a refrigerator, electric oven, a microwave, a gas stove, toaster, air fryer, blender, and electric kettle
- Cutlery ,Crockery and basic cooking utensils are available for the guests to make a quick meal.
- Complementary Tea assortment and drinking water with hot & Cold dispenser
Veranda and Garden:
A colonial style veranda overlooking the garden with wooden chairs gives you space to unwind and relax. The garden has a water pond, fruit trees and Bamboo trees besides a bench to relax outside which is perfect place to enjoy a meal or to enjoy music.
We boast about our convenient location:
- 30 minutes’ drive to Bandaranayake International airport
- 10 minutes’ drive to Southern expressway entrance
- 20 minutes’ drive to Colombo city centre.
