Espectacular 1b / 1b completamente amueblado con sofá desplegable ofrece la mejor ubicación en el edificio frente al mar. Nuestro condominio ofrece una gran comodidad y está decorado con elegancia para su disfrute. Magníficas vistas al puerto y al océano. Nuestro condominio está completamente amueblado e incluye todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina para cocinar una buena comida. El condominio también está equipado con una lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. El resort de Las Palomas ofrece una gran variedad de actividades para que disfrute toda la familia y tiene un campo de golf. Este condominio incluye una membresía de golf que califica a los inquilinos para tarifas reducidas y tiempos t prioritarios. The View & Condo are Spectacular!

The reviews are spot on with this rental. Quality feel, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple's getaway. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the many pools and the beach. The resort felt very safe, and it was easy to get a taxi into town in less than 10 minutes. We will be staying there again very soon. Thanks for a great experience!

Great condo

Great condo in phase two with back patio facing toward town. We had great time and loved the condo, the owner was very accommodating when we had to reschedule because of an illness. We would highly recommend this condo.

The condo is much nicer in person. Super clean, and has everything you might need. But, the bedroom faces the hallway by the elevator and you can hear people talking, there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway at night and early morning as people were leaving; other than that like I said the place is nice.

Really enjoyed my stay and the property. My biggest thing is that the pictures did not do the condo justice. It was alot nicer than what is portrayed in the pictures. The moment we walked in we both agreed it was alot nicer in person with ample space

Cute place!

A very nice and clean condo! The views were nice, the phase was also nice as the elevators and hallways were clean and close to the unit. This is not someone's home as it's simply just a rental, so a few things were missing such as knives and none of the lamps have bulbs, but it was fine for our needs. Highly recommend.

December Stay

Our stay was to celebrate our anniversary. It has been 10 years since we were in Rocky Point so a few things have changed. The condo was nice clean and comfortable. As we were there the week prior to Christmas we pretty much had the whole resort to ourselves including the resort restaurants. We had fun exploring the area again. The weather was cool and needed jackets, but its that time of year. Penny was helpful in advising us on restaurants. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Almost just right...

We really loved staying in this unit. Location is great. Available amenities within unit were nearly perfect. Unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. Here's the almost: water pressure at shower was nil; water dripped from shower head and the glass shower door has a significant water stain. Decided the balcony could really use a lounge or two as it gets great morning sun.

Thanks so much for your comments Brian. I have contacted the resort to address the water pressure. When there is an opportunity that the condo is vacant, I will check out the water stain. Also, I will add a chaise lounge if the patio will accommodate it in addition to the patio table and chairs. Great stay

Very clean property, had all the amenities and utensils in the kitchen, all equipped. The only thing that we dislike was the bed. Its time for a new one. The pull out bed/couch was okay for small kids. Would not recommend for anyone over the age of 10 to sleep there. Overall it is a very nice property! The restroom is very roomy!

Check in/out were a breeze. Very spacious and well stocked unit. Restaurant and room service were great. Nice sunrise view high above the tide pools. Enjoyable walks along miles of clean beach. Maintenance staff promptly resolved issues in-unit. Construction was noisy. Lazy river was closed for renovation. Pool areas were crowded.

Our new favorite place!

My husband and I came down for a family birthday and we’re blown away! The check-in process was quick and painless. All the staff members at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds are immaculately taken care of and the pools were perfect. The unit itself was amazing. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. There was more closets and storage than we knew what to do with. We didn’t personally use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you could need in a kitchen. The bed was comfy (the important things, right?) and there were adequate amounts of pillows and blankets. Lizzy was an absolute dream to work with and she even text us multiple times to make sure we were happy and let us know that she’s only a text away! Perfect experience for our first time and we’re going back next month!

Córdoba 805 is located in Las Palomas resort a beachfront condominium with spectacular views - Las Palomas resort is the only 5-star resort in Rocky Point. More than half of the visitors vacationing in Rocky Point prefer to stay at Las Palomas. The lazy river, the multi-pool areas, seaside restaurants, kids club and golf courses are great. The "Citron" restaurant has a fabulous Sunday brunch, gourmet meals throughout the week, and specialty drinks at the bar. There are family hot-tubs, adults-only areas and "kiddie pools". You will be steps away

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This particular condo has a layout that offers a large patio with easterly views of both the many pools, the Sea of Cortez and an unobstructed view all the way down the beach to the marina and "old Port". The bedroom is furnished with king-size pillow-top mattress and also have access to the full baths directly from the bedroom. If you visit in the fall/winter, there is even an electric fireplace for both warmth and ambience. Although this is a condo, it really feels more like a home. The extra-large fully-equipped kitchen and interior breakfast bar will seat many plus formal dining and patio dining offer many options. There is flat screen TV in the bedroom plus a 55" TV in the LR. The condo is equipped with a full size washer & dryer, microwave, full-size refrigerator, smooth-top range, dishwasher & disposal. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the LR.
