This newly built villa, complete with a swimming pool and spacious terrace, is nestled in a picturesque village in central Istria, offering guests a truly unforgettable stay. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the serene landscape, the villa provides a peaceful retreat for ultimate relaxation. There are four elegantly designed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The main living area features an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish dining space and a cosy living room ideal for unwinding. Large windows throughout the villa fill the interior with natural light, creating a seamless connection to the outdoor spaces. The bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are thoughtfully furnished with two double beds and four single beds. For added convenience, an additional restroom is available. The villa is air-conditioned with five A/C units and offers two private parking spaces for a stress-free stay. Pets are warmly welcomed at no extra charge.
