Occupying the raised ground floor of a charming Victorian house, the apartment enjoys an open-plan living area flooded with light from high sash windows. The inviting seating area features an elegant fireplace (not in use), while the dining space overlooks leafy views outside – ideal for relaxed meals or remote working.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, though with the wealth of dining options in Portobello Road, Westbourne Park, and Notting Hill, you may find yourself eating out more often than in.
The tranquil double bedroom, situated at the front of the house, boasts bespoke built-in wardrobes and a calming neutral palette with soft cream accents.

Tucked between Ladbroke Grove and the edge of Portobello Road, this vibrant West London neighbourhood offers a cosmopolitan mix of markets, independent shops, cafés, and pubs. Portobello Market is just a short walk away, famed for antiques, vintage fashion, and international street food.
