La gran piscina privada (protegida por una valla a prueba de niños) con vistas al mar y conduce a una terraza que ofrece las vistas más espectaculares de Mojacar - en un arco de alrededor de 210 grados del Mediterráneo llena alrededor de 90 grados, la ciudad otros 90 grados y las montañas, el resto; Garrucha y más se pueden ver en la distancia. Hay una gran variedad de hamacas, sofás, mesas y una barbacoa para comer al aire libre. La casa tiene una terraza, un balcón y un solárium, una o la otra de que proporcionará el día de sol en cualquier época del año. El salón / comedor da a una terraza. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado / calefacción en todas partes. Tres de las habitaciones son dobles y disponen de baño y conducen de forma directa a la terraza o balcón. El cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas y una cuna con un WC y lavabo en la habitación contigua.

Hay un sistema de Sky Box instalado así que si usted desea traer su propia tarjeta de Sky los canales que tiene en casa será recibido - si no hay una tarjeta instalada, entonces se recibirá normal de visión libre TV que muestra la mayoría de los canales terrestres Reino Unido así como la televisión terrestre español.

We had a great stay at Chris’s house. A small issue at the beginning of our stay was sorted out quickly. Would have no problem recommending the house to anyone and we hope to return in the future.

Family holiday Mojacar 2024

The villa is in an excellent location. Fantastic views all around - from sea to mountains. The pool is ideal for family fun and nearby beaches are soft sand and ideal for swimming. We were a party of seven over three generations and the accommodation was ideal.

Great stay

Have stayed at this villa on a few occasions and have say the views are the best I. Mojacar the owner is really friendly and offers amazing communication. As always the pool is the draw for us but we love the freedom the villa gives us to explore locally. Highly recommended

Fantastic views

Fantastic villa,amazing views,really enjoyed our 2 week stay,5 adults 1 7 year old. Steep hill could be a issue for 60 + age groups but you can always get a taxi home if it’s too much,would definitely recommend.

Villa has spectacular views over Mojacar and the sea. The property is very well maintained and appointed with everything you could need whilst on holiday. Walking distance of many good restaurants. The pool area is great. Communication excellent. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Perfect stay

We have spent a wonderful week in this house. It has everything we look for in our holidays. Perfect location. Great views. We enjoyed the sun rising every morning and the swimming pool in the afternoons. The house has everything you need. I fully recommend it.

Beautiful Location

Fantastic views from the property, pool was spotless and plenty of choices of sunbathing/eating areas. Mojácar beach itself has some nice restaurants and there’s always plenty of space on the beach, even in August. Only negative is the steep walk up to the villa, we travelled with elderly relatives and they weren’t able to tackle it. Overall a very nice and relaxing holiday, ideal if you’re looking for a quiet holiday destination!

Lovely villa great location. Lovely pool but in October you can’t go in it it’s like ice which is a shame and waste of money to keep it going unless you get it heated for winter months. Got a lovely sun deck on top for all day sunshine.

Room with a view

The villa is in an absolutely idyllic setting with views of the mountains, the town and the sea. You wake up and drop off with the sound of the waves hitting the beach and there are loads of restaurants and bars to enjoy just a stone's throw away. The villa is fully equipped and if you ever have to deal with Chris, the owner, he couldn't do enough for you. A wonderful place to holiday and we highly recommend it.

Very nice holiday in this beautiful place

We have spent two weeks after Christmas in that beautiful place. We have fully enjoyed our stay and everytghing was according to our expectations. Thank you to Chris for his polite and responsive communication and thank you to Christine for the suppoprt during arrival and departure. The appartment was clean, fully equiped, everything is in a good conditon and the view to Mojacar is impressive. We can fully recommend this appartment.

Perferct, once again.

The villa is always exceptional. Very well located in a quiet area of Mojacar, it is perfect for a family holiday. The improvements made by Chris are much appreciated. The curtains now allow ideal darkness in the bedrooms and the new kitchen equipment is of excellent quality. Finally, the pool and views are magical. Thank you, it's lovely to rent a villa in these conditions.

Family Reunion Vacation

The Villa accommodated easily our eight person, three generations, family, including grandparents (70s) and grand children (8 & 4). The terraces and pool area provided gathering and enjoyment for everyone. The elevated view of the beaches is magnificent and breezy. Mojacar Pueblo should not be missed. We all regretted our short villa week but had other places in Spain to visit. Chris, thanks for making you villa available to us “Yanks,” Christine, thank you for your assistance.

Stunning villa with the most beautiful views

Thank you so much for such a wonderful week, we have enjoyed every moment! Your villa is stunning and has everything and more that anyone could ever need. You have decorated and furnished it to a very high standard. The views are breathtaking and I will miss having breakfast on the balcony. Just Amazing Views

We stayed in the villa last year and loved it so much we booked it again this year, and would probably have returned next year if our dates had been available.There isn't a lot more I can add to last years review, the villa and views are still amazing. We did visit some different restaurants as there are so many to choose from. We also enjoyed a walk along the beach up to the Torre del Pirulico (an ancient coastal watchtower),and a drive up into the Sierra Cabrera Mountains behind the villa. Thanks Chris, for letting us stay at your wonderful villa again, and hopefully we will be back in the future. Also a big thank you to Christine for all she does. Many thanks Tony,Ann and family

Hillside Villa Mojacar

The property was well placed in Mojacar for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. It was well equipped both inside and out and the patio and pool area offered lovely views out to sea, as did the upstairs bedroom. The owner Chris was very helpful and gave us a lot of information prior to our arrival and during our stay, as did the property management company Mojacar estates. We opted for an interim clean as we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaner was very friendly and efficient. A car is not an essential requirement however the hillside walk if a stretch on the way up if you struggle with mobility. We travelled with teenagers and a ten year old and they had plenty to do. We would definitely return 😊

Amazing Views and Lovely Property

We had a lovely week in Mojacar, it was extremely memorable with the beautiful views from the property. Everything was clean, worked how it should, good quality, comfy beds, nice kitchen with lots of equipment, etc. Would highly recommend!! The smallest of details that didn’t affect our stay were how slippery the floors were if it got a slightest bit wet. Only a worry for me as I have a very clumsy, accident prone husband!! Also, another tiny note is the ants that seem to appear out of thin air if you leave a crumb out for 0.5 of a second, but I think that’s just how it is in Spain! Overall though, tiny blips to how amazing the property was - thank you Christopher!

Pictures don’t do it justice!!

A fantastic villa with a truly breathtaking view. You fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the gentle cooing of the ring necked doves. The location is perfect for eating out as there are a wide selection of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance, just take it slow on the way back as the hill is steep! The beach is on your doorstep and is immaculate, not a piece of rubbish to be seen as Mojácar is absolutely pristine. Christine is really helpful and friendly, her advise was proven invaluable when we managed to lock ourselves out at 8pm, and Chris keeps you updated with lots of useful information. This was our first visit to Spain and it won’t be our last....Mojácar we love you❤️

The photo is of my daughter and I a little while ago but it's the most recent one I have of me - sorry.

I bought the villa in 2010 and have changed it a lot, the work was carried out by a company of Spanish builders to a very high standard - the Town Council are strict and I had to have two architects; I hope you like the work. I love Mojacar and live in the villa most of the year renting it out in the summer when I go on holiday myself. The views are spectacular and I normally breakfast on the balcony looking out over the Mediterranean Sea.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Mojacar was recommended to me by my very good friends who had had a property there for several years; they said that the town would suit me as it had a good selection of restaurants, bars, shopping and other attractions that I would like, and they were right.

I lived in the Middle East for a long time and so I wanted a home that had the sun and a good life-style. My main requirement were for a sea view but I didn't think it would be possible for me to get such a great one. I think Mojacar is lovely and I am looking forward to living here for many years.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Quite simply, the views are absolutely stunning and you can hear the waves when you sit on the terrace or either of the balconies; it very relaxing sitting in the easy chairs on the terrace with a glass of something nice listening to the waves lapping against the shore.

The property is very convenient for everything, the sea, shops, bars and restaurants - I can walk everywhere if I want to.

I like to read and I enjoy sitting on the 'Romeo and Juliet' balcony reading a good book, taking in the views with a glass of something nice.

A pool party with a BBQ on the veranda with friends is also a great way to spend a day or an evening - when my family have been there were 15 of us in the pool, and it wasn't crowded.
