Everything was as advertised. We highly recommend. The location was quiet but close to public transportation, fine shopping and dinning, as well as the theater district and the major historical attractions. Our host was communicative and friendly. Accommodations were spacious and clean.

We had a wonderful stay in London. Our original reservation had an unexpected leak right before our arrival, but the owner and team did a wonderful job of finding an alternate upgraded nearby location. We had a beautiful views and delicious restaurants nearby.Dalton was great communicating with us.

We enjoyed our stay, we had three people there which was perfect. The apartment is very nice and a wonderful location. Close to many great restaurants and pubs and shops and the tube station. London is such a beautiful city and we hope to be back soon!

Due to a leak in original property we were moved to a different one, about the same location and as indicated by host better than the rented one. It met our general needs and host did the best to accommodate us.

The apartment was very well equipped and maintained, with good quality appliances and very effective air conditioning. The building itself is very secure, with well-kept communal areas. Despite being in busy Mayfair there was no material noise intrusion. All communications with the owner and check in procedures worked well. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay at the heart of central London’s most prestigious and thriving district.

Despite a plumbing problem from an adjacent apartment the morning of our arrival, the host was able to resolve our accommodations such that we didn't miss a beat. While the place was great, that to me was the best testament to the host - problem solving in real time to assure a smooth stay. Check in was smooth and accompanied to explain the accommodations. Would look to one of their properties first on my next visit.

My friends and I travelled to London for a girls trip and this property was perfect for us. It’s in a great location and very well maintained. The host, Dalton, was responsive to our needs and the apartment had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Our host was very communicative and made the check in and check out process very easy. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with full amenities and an incredible location. We were within walking distance of incredible restaurants, fabulous shopping, and the beautiful parks of London. We highly recommend this booking!

We had a great stay at this apartment located on a charming street in Mayfair. We enjoyed coming back “home” after a long day of sightseeing. It’s close to everything but tucked away so that we were away from the high tourist traffic. Nice restaurants and coffee shops line the street. Would stay here again!

Excellent location

Beautiful home, very well decorated and it had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was a huge plus. Location can’t be beat. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit. Loved our stay!

This location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation. It was clean, beds were very comfortable. There’s ample closet and drawer space. The washer and dryer were great to have. The host met us there and explained everything. He also checked in with us during our stay. Everything was great and it made our stay in London wonderful.

Great stay. Flat is in the heart of Mayfair, steps away from great restaurants and shopping. The lane is lively with pubs and restaurants on the street, and yet quiet and serene in evenings

Warning: bait and switch!4 hours before our arrival, we got a text message telling us the boiler was not working and could not be repaired fast enough. "Fortunately", there was another apartment not far away that was strangely available for the exact dates we had booked. We were hence put before an impossible choice: either ask for a full refund and have to find a last minute lodging after a long flight, jet-lagged, or settle for a OK property that looked nothing like the photos and that we never would have chosen, had we known.We chose the latter option. Our stay ended being comfortable (the AC was functioning in this unusual heatwave) but we still left with the bitter memory of having been conned.Vrbo, Please don't let this happen to other guests!

Unfortunately we were relocated to an inferior property at time of our arrival in London. Despite numerous efforts to resolve issues with the owner, he/she is unresponsive. BEWARE any bookings with London Properties. We have been victims of fraud.

Unfortunately, this was a very difficult hosting experience. Although the guests were accommodated in an alternative property without any additional charge, they continuously raised complaints and required frequent in-person attendance from our team for matters that were often minor or subjective. After check-out, they continued to pressure our staff privately for a full refund while avoiding raising these requests formally through the platform. We found the communication aggressive and disproportionate throughout the stay. Regrettably, we would not recommend hosting these guests.

BEWARE—read the negative reviews before booking. Our experience felt like bait and switch. We booked the “Designer Mayfair Apartment” for Sept 21–25, 2026. Four hours before arrival, London Properties reported a water leak and moved us to another apartment, calling it an “upgrade.” The replacement was advertised at roughly half our nightly rate for dates the following week.The representative (Dalton) offered 10% off, then a 50% refund to get us to view the replacement. At the apartment, he told us to accept 25% off on the spot and said they would keep our money if we refused. We felt pressured and dismissed.The replacement fell short: less charm and fewer nearby restaurants, no king-size beds or headboards, extremely noisy plumbing, no underfloor heating or cedar wardrobe, only one smart TV, basic furnishings and a mattress behind the living-room sofa.Other guest reviews describe similar experiences:Hoang D. (June 2026): boiler problem four hours before arrival; “bait and switch.”Keith T. (May 2026): reported flooding; unlisted “better” replacement.James J. (June 2026): electricity problem; mattress behind a sofa and plumbing so noisy they avoided flushing at night.Eduardo O. (March 2026): leak; supposedly better replacement.Christi P. Landed to a message that the flat flooded but they conveniently had a place to relocate us to for which there is no listing despite it being “better” -check other reviews- this is a pattern - bait and switch which they have done 3 or more times in 2026. The video shared of the “flood” was from January - the greeter was completely caught off guard when shown that the metadata proved this. The flat they tried to relocate us to was sparse and had a spare mattress stacked behind the sofa- Motel 6 vibe in comparison to the “Luxury” we booked. The ‘greeter’ became increasingly aggressive trying to bully us into accepting the relocation. Do not book - if you have already get your full refund and relocation from VRBO as we did.
