A lovely farm stay awaits you in the Midlands, with lots of family fun on the doorstep.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Rear garden with sitting out area, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 3 dogs welcome, must be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a natural water supply via a borehole.. Nestled between the charming villages of Polesworth and Warton near Tamworth, The Granary (UK47480) and The Stables (UK47481) offer a perfect retreat on a working family farm. These beautifully converted barns are strategically located for exploring the Midlands, offering both comfort and scenic views. The Granary features a delightful blend of traditional charm and modern convenience.

This two-bedroom cottage is ideal for families or couples. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a kingsize bed upon request. The cottage boasts an open well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, living and dining room with access to an open garden and a private patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning countryside views. Well-behave dogs are welcome, even horses are welcome by prior arrangement.

The cottage is designed for relaxation after a day exploring the local attractions. Whether you’ve been to an exhibition at the NEC or enjoyed the Birmingham sights, The Granary provides a serene countryside escape.

The working farm setting, complete with horses and traditional beef cattle, adds a unique touch to your stay. The farm’s hilltop location provides panoramic views and convenient access to local shops, pubs, and various takeaways. Guests can enjoy country walks along footpaths or the Coventry Canal, try fishing on the nearby farm, or play golf at one of the numerous courses within a 10-mile radius. For family fun, Twycross Zoo and Thomas Land at Drayton Manor Park are nearby. The Tamworth Snowdome offers real snow skiing, makes this cottage an ideal base for a winter sports getaway. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the motorway network and 20 minutes from Nuneaton train station, with London just over an hour away by train, The Granary and The Stables offer the perfect blend of rural tranquillity and accessibility.
