This charming property is situated in the centre of the pretty seaside town of Ilfracombe, which offers a working fishing harbour with fish restaurants, cafes, tearooms, galleries and a plethora of shops. There are plenty of boat trips to choose from, including day trips around the picturesque coastline and fishing trips. The town’s hand-carved Tunnels beaches date back to 1820s, with unique Victorian pools which are fantastic for rock pooling or just sitting back admiring the rugged scenery. Walking enthusiasts will be spoilt for choice with the South West Coast Path on your doorstep and you’re also just 10 miles from Exmoor National Park. you’re within easy reach of other stunning beaches including Woolacombe (6 miles) which is in the top 10 places in the world for surfing and has three miles of golden sands, parts of which are dog-friendly throughout the year.
Stepping into the hallway of this three-storey holiday home, you’ll find the open-plan kitchen/dining room. You can enjoy preparing meals together in the stylish modern kitchen which offers everything you need to cook up some favourite family dishes. The dining space also has a sofa, inviting you to sit back after a meal and relax in front of the Smart TV. Also on this floor, is a shower room with a WC. Take the stairs to the middle floor to the lounge with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a small balcony, perfect for a morning coffee in the sun. There is a double bedroom on this floor. Taking the stairs to the top floor where there are two further bedrooms: one comfortable king-size and another king-size bedroom with a day bed. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Guests can enjoy relaxing outside in the enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and dine alfresco or just enjoy a favourite beverage.
