Villa Lunara, a modern oasis of comfort and style, is located in the picturesque town of Svetvinčenat, one of the most charming Istrian towns, known for its rich history, stone streets, and the recognizable Morosini-Grimani Castle.
With a living area of 330 m2 and a spacious garden of 900 m2, Villa Lunara offers complete privacy and comfort for up to eight guests, with the possibility of accommodating a ninth guest on an extra bed.
This elegant villa perfectly combines contemporary design, luxury, and authentic Istrian charm, creating an idyllic setting for a dream vacation, far from the everyday rush.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom, while an additional bathroom is located in the hallway.
Upstairs, there are three elegantly decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), smart TV, and carefully selected details that create a feeling of warmth, tranquility, and comfort.
Two rooms share a common bathroom, while the third — the master bedroom — has its own ensuite bathroom and an extra touch of privacy.
An additional convertible bed (90x180 cm) can be placed in any room upon request.
All rooms exude sophistication, brightness, and elegant details, and the upper floor provides access to a large terrace with a relaxation area — table, chairs, and loungers — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while admiring the Istrian landscape and the sound of silence.

The spacious living room, air-conditioned, bright, and comfortable, is the ideal place to unwind while watching your favorite movie on the large smart TV screen, or to enjoy time with family and friends.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances — Nespresso machine with capsules, toaster, microwave oven, and many other essentials that make cooking a true pleasure.
The dining area with a large table for eight invites you to share meals, conversations, and enjoy Istrian delicacies with a glass of local wine.

From the living room, you step out onto the sunny terrace with an impressive heated swimming pool of 50 m2 (10x5 m) and a depth of 1.5 m — perfect for relaxation, refreshment, and soaking up the sun.
For the youngest guests, there is also a children’s pool area measuring 1.5x3.5 m and 0.3 m deep.
Around the pool, there are eight comfortable sun loungers, two umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a dining table for eight, and a seating set for five, ideal for relaxing evenings under the starry sky.
Enjoy the peace and greenery surrounding the property, or prepare a delicious meal on the outdoor wood or charcoal grill, while listening to the chirping of cicadas and breathing in the scent of pine and lavender.

Pool heating is available from October 5th to March 29th, with an additional charge of €100 per booking.
Pets are welcome upon prior request, with the note that they are not allowed in the bedrooms.

The villa offers self check-in, providing complete flexibility and privacy upon arrival.

Reservations from guests under the age of 21 are not accepted.

We reserve the right to decline reservations that do not meet this criterion.

The house rules strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking on the premises.

If your behavior causes danger, property damage, or permanently disrupts other guests’ enjoyment, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

Pets are allowed upon prior request and may incur an additional fee.

Security deposit: €300.
For groups under the age of 21, the deposit is €500.
Maximum 2 pets allowed.
