Ubicación privilegiada entre Denver y Boulder con fácil acceso a la I-25, Hwy 36 y E-470. Vistas a la montaña! Esta es una casa adosada hermosamente diseñada situada en una de las únicas comunidades a pie de la zona. Puede caminar fácilmente a Whole Foods, Yoga / fitness, muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Esta amplia casa adosada puede alojar hasta 8 personas con mucho espacio y privacidad. La unidad tiene una cocina perfectamente equipada con una gran isla central y mucho espacio para comer. Hay dos patios de balcón separados para disfrutar de la vista de las montañas de Colorado y magníficas puestas de sol. El estacionamiento en la calle es de fácil acceso y disponible. Esta unidad está ubicada en el segundo y tercer piso del edificio, deberá navegar por las escaleras para ingresar. Una vez que suba el primer tramo de escaleras, encontrará un dormitorio y un baño junto con la cocina, el comedor, la sala familiar y el balcón. Subiendo un tramo más de escaleras se encuentra la suite principal, un altillo y otro balcón.

We appreciated Heather being in touch with check in instructions since we didn’t arrive until after 9pm and also checking the following day to ask if we needed anything. The location was very convenient both for visiting family and making day trips to see beautiful Colorado for the first time.

Great Location - Great Accommodations

This is our second time staying at this Town Home and it is consistently good. The checkin is simple and the place is always spotless. The location on Bradburn is walking distance from Restaurants, grocery shopping, liquor store and more - very quaint downtown area. We look forward to the next time we can stay here. Thanks Holly!

Great Location, Great Condo

Spent the holiday with extended family. The property was unique and fun. Really enjoyed the location in a great neighborhood and close to wonderful running trails. Everything was clean and all in working order. Highly recommend.

Perfect

My wife and I were working a conference and the host hotel was full, so we booked a stay here. Turns out it was the perfect solution. We could easily unwind from the work in the quiet roomy environment this unit offers. The bonus was the location. It was close to everything we needed. This unit is within walking distance of shops, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. Once we landed, there was no need to drive. Ted's Montana Grill is amazing, so is the Early Bird Cafe, and 5280 Burger. The food was excellent.The balconies had a wonderful view of the walking district and the mountains. I was working on my birthday, so my sister and her husband traveled to spend a few days with us. Each floor has it's own bedroom and bath, plus a living room area. It gave us our own private space despite the absence of bedroom doors. There was a minor issue with one of the A/C units, but was not an issue for our stay. Holly was very responsive to all of our needs. With her office below the unit, owner communication was a breeze and we felt like she became a new friend for life. Our stay was so memorable, we want to return when we are not working.

Wonderful stay in Westminster

The property is excellent and just as advertised. Spacious, modern, and well equipped. We loved the mountain views. Close to shops and restaurants, and access to the pool was a welcome bonus. Highly recommended!

Luxury apt in cool neighborhood

My sister and I drove out to Denver for a quick weekend sibling trip just to hang out. This was in a great location! The apt has almost everything you need. So many restaurants nearby. Definitely check out Early Bird for brunch.

Great place in an awesome neighborhood

Super nice condo - two separate sleeping areas, well-stocked kitchen, big dining table. Neighborhood was great - plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious and accommodating

Great open floor plan with all the amenities we needed. We traveled all over Colorado from this location. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and communication with Host was quick and easy. An extra plus was all the food options in walking distance! Overall great stay and would stay again.

Great Place!

We love this spot. Tons of room for the family to spread out. Great view of the mountains. Kitchen was well stock with everything we needs to cook breakfast and dinner. The only issue is the water pressure. Showers don’t put out much pressure and the toilets barely flush. Besides that I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing townhouse in a fantastic location

Really nice, modern townhouse with a fantastic host who communicates super clearly and quickly. The townhouse itself is in a great location, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. And the views from the top balcony of the mountains - wow!

Fantastic Property in Westminster/Broomfield

The property is very comfortable, immaculate, spacious, bright, cheery, and decorated nicely. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is centrally located with great restaurants and a Whole Foods within walking distance. The property manager, Holly Couture, is so kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again. Thank you Holly!

I LOVE the walkability of this property and the community surrounding this property make it a WIN WIN with access to nature trails, bike paths, shopping, dining, entertainment, and more!

The END UNIT has a major advantage with so many windows that allow natural light to pour into our home. The extra tall ceiling height and modern finishes throughout this home truly capture a high end experience with unbeatable views! This property has a very open loft feel and has plenty of space for entertaining and sprawling out! We are located in a very desirable area and our guests have access to the pool and tennis courts during the summer months. The Mountain Views are beautiful and it is very easy to get to both Denver, Boulder, Red Rocks, Estes Park, and sight see our beautiful state!
