In an excellent location, with easy access to various attractions such as the The Hippodrome, Edgbaston Stadium all major universities. the QE Hospital, the ICC and the Utilita Arena and the NEC.
We cater to a diverse range of guests, including businesses, relocators, and leisure travellers, with flexible rates for extended stays.

This new and modern home sleeps up to 7 guests

Equipped with essentials for your stay. You will have the use of an electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine
- Bathroom/WC
There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC. Each bathroom has a fitted shower with one also having a bath.
- Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has super king or twin beds and an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a super king or twin beds and Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
This property is not suitable for parties or events.
We have a strict no smoking policy within the property.
This is a residential area with quiet times from 10:00 pm - 8.00 am
Please note that the number of guests at booking cannot be exceeding during your stay. (Additional charges will apply)
Any breach of the T&Cs of the booking will result in applicable charges.
Please note that some building work is continuing around this development, however your stay will have very limited disruption.
