Welcome to this enchanting, modern, and comfortable apartment, located in an ideal spot - right in the heart of the city, on Városház Street. This one-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a spacious and well-equipped home in the city center. The central location of the apartment allows you to easily explore the city's attractions and cultural offerings. Nearby, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops waiting to be discovered. The apartment is spacious and bright, an ideal place for relaxation and rejuvenation. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The modern and stylish decor caters to every need and enhances the cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals, whether it's just a quick breakfast or a romantic dinner. In the spacious living room, you can comfortably unwind, relax, and enjoy the buzz of city life. The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friend (family) only! We are available every day, around the clock! We always respond to your messages promptly, but please only call in case of emergencies between 8 PM and 8 AM. Due to its location on Városház Street, easy access is granted to numerous attractions and cultural events in the city. Nearby, you'll find a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops offering opportunities to explore various flavors and experiences. Additionally, the nearby parks and squares are perfect for a pleasant stroll or a picnic. The area is lively and diverse, ensuring you'll never be bored! The apartment benefits from excellent transportation options. With nearby public transportation facilities, you can easily reach anywhere in the city. Additionally, there are numerous taxi stands and rental services available in the area, allowing you to move around the city quickly and conveniently. Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Parties and Events: Please refrain from organizing parties or events in the apartment. We respect our neighbors' peace and quiet. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!!!! Extras: If you have any special requests (e.g., a crib), please let us know in advance so that we can try to find a solution.
