About this space
Spacious 4 Bed detached family home situated in the Heathcote area of historic Warwick. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen and a lounge area with log burner opening out to a well maintained garden / patio area with seating.
There is secure parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway directly outside the garage. Leamington Spa and Warwick Town Centers are just a 5 minute drive away.
Please be aware this is a strictly no smoking and no pets property.
The space
A large open plan layout with a large kitchen / dining area and comfortable living room with log burner. Glass patio doors lead out to an enclosed secure walled garden with outdoor seating area.
The stairs lead up to 4 double bedrooms upstairs (2 ensuite) with plenty of clothes storage and space.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the whole property during their stay. There are no shared spaces or areas within the property.

Closest shop is Co-op, (open 7am - 10pm every day) 9 minutes walk away, 0.4 miles, to drive is 0.5 miles. There is a pharmacy, Fish & Chip Shop, Chinese takeaway and hairdressers next to the Co-op. Sainsbury’s is less than 2 miles away.
Local Attractions
Warwick Castle is just 3 miles away, St Nicholas Park offers walking, children’s play pool and play area, Leisure Centre, tennis courts, small fairground, boating centre to hire boats or SUPs and row down the river. Newbold Comyn Park in Leamington has free parking and some great walks across fields, and along the river, with places to eat and drink nearby. Also a leisure centre with pool, climbing wall, exercise classes, cafe. Oakley Wood near Bishop’s Tachbrook, great walks, trails, wildlife, ancient oaks, bluebells in the spring. Stratford on Avon is less than 30 minute’s drive away and there are many great activities there - open top bus to tour the town where Shakespeare was born, theatre, parks, shopping, canal trips. The Cities of Coventry and Birmingham are 1/2 hour or less on the train, and London takes less than 1.5 hours on the train from Leamington Spa.
Local Restaurants
The Heathcote Inn is 8 minutes walk and does great food, eat in or takeaway. The Leopard is just over a mile away and is a lovely place to eat in a countryside setting. The town of Leamington Spa is only 2 miles away and Warwick town is 3 miles - both offer many varied bars and restaurants, great shopping, and beautiful parks.
Trains & Buses
Leamington Spa Railway Station is closest - less than 2 miles away, and Warwick Station is 3 miles away. Regular trains run to London, Coventry, Birmingham and Birmingham Airport/NEC.
Buses run regularly from Othello Avenue Leamington Spa and Ophelia Drive to Warwick.
