Open plan and child friendly house
The house is child-friendly with gates in the staircase, fenced plot and electric gates at the driveway. With generous social spaces with open plan between the kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs makes the house very bright. You reach the terrace and the green backyard from the kitchen. On the terrace there is a seating area, lounge group, barbecue and bench for outdoor cooking. Here you have sun from lunchtime during all day and the beautiful evening sun at noon. The back of the plot also offers a trampoline and soccer goal for the playful children. Downstairs we have the laundry room and one bathroom. On the upper floor there are all four bedrooms, a bathroom and our second living room in the house. From bedroom 3 facing the front of the house there is a balcony with nice morning sun.
Fantastic location - near everything!
You live close to the sea, the proximity to various sports activities and the beautiful forest near you, while it's not far from central Stockholm. You also have shops around you with just few minutes walk to Näsbypark center. There you will find grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, nail salon and small shops. From the center you can also take buss or train to Stockholm city (20 minutes). Would you like to shop more you find Täby Center with over 180 stores (7 minutes by car). Or why not take the bus/train to the marina in Stockholm or Vaxholm and take the archipelago boat for a nice day out in our beautiful Stockholm archipelago. That's a really wonderful day trip. What a dream to live in such a paradise!
Close to: beach, many swimming areas, outside pool, outside gym, tennis coart, golf coart, boat harbors, many playgrounds, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, municipal transports, mall, beautiful walking paths along the sea, forest, Stockholm city and the archipelago.

We are an active family of 5 persons and 2 dogs. We love to travel and doing sports. We go often up to north of Sweden for hiking or skiing with the entire family included the dogs. We also love to see new places abroad. Most we travel within Europe or to USA. During summer we love spending most time in Sweden in the archipelago or playing som tennis together.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Näsbypark is a beautiful little village by the sea. You live with the ocean, forest and nature and still close to Stockholm city with just 15 min by car. Our house have a perfect location with everything around us.
Tennis, playground and beach:
Across the street you have a playground for kids and 4 tennis courts. In front of the tennis area you find the beach.
Castle:
Outside the windows from our backyard you can see a green meadow. With just 7 min walks you will reach Näsbypark Castle with a very good restaurant.
Marina, golf and running:
Within the Castle you reach the Näsbypark Marina, the forest in Altorp and the golf course of Djursholm.
From our house you can walk by the sea to Hägernäs and pass the Viggbyholm Marina, the house stable and finaly the next beach in Hägernäs.
Stores, pool and gym:
From our house just walk 10 min to Näsbypark centrum a small shopping area. If you pass the centrum you will find a large playground for the kids, a huge green open mark, outsider pool and outside gym.
Mall:
Take the car 5 min from our house and you will reach a mall Täby Centrum with over 180 stores.
Stockholm city:
By car 15 min drive or 20 min with train.
Municipal transports:
From Näsbypark Centrum take the train to Stockholm Östra. From there walk 20 min to the city or take one bus. The bus goes to either Djurgården (Skansen a small zoo, Nordic Life Museeum, the Vasa Museum, Gröna Lund our tivoli) or in to the city with Stockholm Castle, old town and all the shops.
Archipelago:
From Stockhom city you can take one nice archipelago boats and reach so many wonderful places Fjäderholmarna, Grinda and Sandhamn to just mention some of them.
Vaxholm:
To reach the archipelago boats you can also go to Vaxholm from our house. By car 20 min or take two buses from Näsbypark to Vaxholm. Vaxholm is a very cute summer city to visit and here you can take the same boats to Stockholm’s very nice Archipelago.
Tennis, playground and beach:
Across the street you have a playground for kids and 4 tennis courts. In front of the tennis area you find the beach.
Castle:

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Location is everything. We looked for very long to find the best location for our house. A nice and child friendly village close to Stockholm city but we wanted to live by the ocean and have sports opportunities around us. But still have near to shops. You can allways change the house but not the location. When we found this house we loved it because of the perfect location and started renovate. We just love our home. We have many bedrooms, many social rooms inside and outside and a nice green garden for the kids and dogs to play in.
