Step inside to be greeted by three well-appointed bedrooms; a king-size room boasting a TV and an elegant en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, as well as two inviting twin rooms, providing ample space for all guests. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, offering a tranquil space to unwind and soak after a day of adventures. The heart of the home is the delightful open-plan area, where you will find a well-equipped kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favourite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, complete with a dining table with seating for six guests, perfect for enjoying a home-cooked meal or a takeaway from one of the local eateries. The sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and an electric fire, provides a warm space to relax and unwind, perhaps with a good book or a favourite film. Step outside to the enclosed side decking, furnished with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst taking in the peaceful surroundings. This lovely space is perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the Cornish sun.
