A characteristic mountain hut located at an altitude of 1266 metres, surrounded by larch and fir forests. We are in Trentino, in the Lagorai - Cima d'Asta area, from where wonderful paths lead to the discovery of mountains, alpine lakes, streams and incredible landscapes, characterised by a still uncontaminated environment.

This is the right place for those who love nature and sport: in addition to the paths for walking, trekking and MTB, the Valsugana cycle path, with its 70 km, connects Pergine to Bassano del Grappa, following the course of the river Brenta. While, just a few kilometres from the house, you can enjoy sports fishing, golf, horse riding or mushroom picking.

For water lovers, in addition to the fairy-tale emerald-green lakes that you can find during your hikes, only 35 km away are the large lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo, where you can spend a day enjoying water sports and sunbathing. The proximity to Trento and Arte Sella offers the opportunity to also dedicate a day to art and culture.

Although the chalet is surrounded by greenery, it is also located on the road leading to the nearby campsite and this offers the advantage of having all the services offered by the bar/restaurant close by. The hut is reached via a narrow uphill asphalt road, which passes in front of the house. It is necessary to have your own vehicle to get around. For safety reasons, it is FORBIDDEN to recharge your car via the house's normal electricity supply.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
The chalet, built of stone and wood, has two floors connected by a staircase. On the ground floor, you will find a large room characterised by the kitchen, which is somewhat separate and has a wood-burning stove, the living room with dining table, sitting area and fireplace, and the first bathroom (with toilet, sink and washing machine).

On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a cot for children 0-3 years, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with two single beds) and the bathroom with shower and changing table.

In the garden, which is not fenced off, there is a barbecue, a wooden table around which to dine, a hammock and sun loungers.

Parking is available in front of the house.
