Il Sole dei 4 Canti is a very cozy and peaceful place, even though it’s located in the heart of Palermo’s nightlife. The bedroom is very comfortable, the bathroom is private, and the kitchenette is fully equipped. It’s located just a few meters from the Four Corners and Piazza della Vergogna, 500 meters from Palermo’s magnificent cathedral, and just a short walk from the two famous theaters, the Massimo and the Politeama—not to mention the historic markets: Vucciria, Ballarò, and Capo.

We loved our stay here! Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Allessandra went above and beyond and helped us find the parking garage for our rental car. The location can't be beat when exploring Palermo! Would absolutely stay here again.

This was an excellent stay . The apartment was very clean. The kitchen hadEverything we needed to prepare snacks and a light meal. The location was perfect to explore Palermo It was very central but also very quietthe air conditioner worked great! The parking was very close and although difficult for us to find was very convienfly located! I would highly recommend

Beautiful modern apartment in the city center but very quiet and very reasonable price. Alessandra and her family greeted me and are warm and happy people. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Palermo! Above and beyond all expectations!!

You could not have a better location to explore the old city in Palermo. The hostess, Alessandra, was so helpful and communicated very well using WhatsApp to overcome the language barrier. She was very responsive to our needs. There was activity at all times, restaurants cafés things to see lots of people watching lots of monuments and attractions all within walking distance. This was an excellent place to stay and very comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen, but why would you bother when the restaurants are so excellent?

Ideally situated, well equipped and comfortable apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. We were able to go everywhere on foot and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Worth knowing that the entrance is up a single flight of steep stairs.

Great stay in the perfect location. We looked at sooo many potential places and this was without a doubt the best location. The host was wonderful, and met us for a late check-in after our flight which was really appreciated. The bed was so comfy. We had everything we needed. Also- just around the corner was the BEST pistachio croissants at Il Cucci bakery. We will be back!

Right in the city center, this apartment could not be in a better location for visiting Palermo. Alexandria and her daughter were so welcoming and helpful when it came to getting around. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely recommend this rental.

You could not stay in a more perfect location for the historical center of Palermo. The owners were super helpful and arranged an early check-in and explained how everything worked. Everything is super clean and the property is amazingly calm and peaceful due to double glazing. I had a wonderful time there.

Great apartment in a great central location. There is 2 things you should be aware of: there is a few minutes walking distance from the last point the car can approach this area (it's in a pedestrian only zone) and there are approximately 22-23 stairs from the street level before you enter the apartment. So if you are ok with this, it's a great choice.

We stayed 3 nights in April 2026. The apartment was everything we wanted. We were greeted by our host at an arranged time who showed us the apartment. I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The host was so easy to get into contact with. The washing machine, fridge and air conditioning was all in working order. The location was the best and everything is conveniently located. I would recommend staying here to all family and friends.

Alessandra was wonderful with her communication! She met us when we got in late. The apartment was beautiful and clean and perfectly located. We were able to see the sights in Palermo and walked everywhere. Great food just steps outside the door. Highly recommend this quiet, lovely place!

Super clean, neat and tidy. Modern and artsy. We used the kitchen to cook meals and used washer for laundry. It was quiet and safe. The owners were super sweet and kind.

Beautiful place and perfect location

Alessandra and her family are so kind and gracious! We loved their home and their willingness to offer recommendations. It was perfect for the two of us and would accommodate another person/couple with the sofa bed. The closet space throughout the home was plentiful. We would definitely stay again

This is a very nice, clean, and newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment that we felt very comfortable and happy in. It had everything we needed. It is very centrally located, but it is not noisy -- it was actually very quiet and we were able to sleep well. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful, clean, modern, fab location

Alessandra was very prompt with communication and informative with recommendations. This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, very easy access to all of the wonderful historic sites in Palermo. Parking is close and easily accessible, with a short walk to the apartment. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Location

Right in the centre of everything, yet very quiet. Alessandra and her family are welcoming hosts, who were quick to iron out some early problems with electricity and the like. A great place from which to see the city on foot. Would stay again.Note: best neighbourhood restaurant is CR21 (high end.)Good pizza: Assud Santamarina Restaurant to avoid is Bar del Centro.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the city center. Everything was clean, and Alessandra had thought of everything. There was everything you could possibly need. She was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment at the beginning. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
