Located in a quiet street in the Pointe Croisette district, this apartment completely renovated in May 2024 is the ideal place for your stays in Cannes. It offers proximity to the beach, the Croisette (500m) and tranquility. It offers a beautiful bedroom with a choice of two twin beds or a 180 cm double bed and a large living room with a convertible sofa.

Located either on ground floor or 1st floor or 3rd floor (with elevator) the apartment is very spacious for a 2-room apartment and has been completely renovated and redecorated by a renowned interior designer.
Its kitchen is fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The location of the apartment is ideal for enjoying Cannes, the Croisette and getting to the Palais des Festivals (1.8 km - 20 minutes walk or 12 minutes by car or bus) and to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Golf Juan.

A deposit of €500 will be required. It will be done by bank imprint. For this we use a secure online service which will allow you to make your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
A starter kit is provided to you including a dishwasher tablet, a washing pod for the washing machine, a sponge, a few coffee pods and two rolls of toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo... All these consumables are provided to allow you to start your stay peacefully. It will be your responsibility to purchase the supplement on site for the rest of your stay.
