2. 5 acres Granja con una casa de fabricación 2/1 con dos hermosos porches en la parte delantera y trasera de la casa, lugar muy acogedor.
En el exterior hay una pequeña casa con una cama doble y una cama doble con aire acondicionado nuevo. También tenemos una gran área verde para tiendas de campaña. Baño completo al aire libre, que incluye una ducha, inodoro y lavabo. Además, encontrarás conexiones completas de RV. El campamento también sirve como tierras de cultivo, por lo que todas las mascotas son más que bienvenidas.

Convenientemente ubicado cerca del lago de agua dulce más grande del estado de Florida, este campamento privado de 2,5 hectáreas le proporcionará la desconexión que estaba buscando. Este sitio ofrece un chapuzón refrescante con una piscina sobre el suelo, un Tiki Hut sombreado y grande, perfecto para barbacoas, y dos hamacas relajantes, para cuando usted solo necesita tomarlo todo.

El campamento está equipado de forma exclusiva con un baño completo al aire libre, que incluye una ducha, inodoro y lavabo. Además, encontrarás conexiones completas de RV disponibles (50 amperios, 30 amperios, 20 amperios, fuente de agua). El campamento también sirve como tierras de cultivo, por lo que todas las mascotas son más que bienvenidas. Unique Setting

A lovely retreat, an impressive tiki hut/outdoor kitchen made this quite relaxing. Considerate and accommodating hosts helped make our stay very smooth and easy. No surprises from advertisements, it delivered as expected. Somewhat off the beaten path, we were often reminded of the headaches/hassles of mainstream travels and locations. We enjoyed the low key peace and quiet. Fatal flaws? Nope. Good folks to work with.

This place was perfect for us, clean, quiet, well stocked and away from Florida traffic!

The property was just like it was advertised. Ernest was a great host although we didn't really need any additional help once we were there. The place is nice sized for two but can certainly can handle large families with the additional sleeping arrangements. We loved the biking here, swimming in the pool and hanging out at the lanai. The weather was perfect here in March, nice and warm. Thanks Ernie for a wonderful time in Florida! We hope to come again in the future.

a trailer in the woods

the house trailer is clean and well maintained, everything works. it is located in the countryside, sort of. it's down a long winding 35 mph road, but once you get there it's fairly private (there are neighbors but they are not real close). the pool is nice, new, well taken care of, with a new deck surrounding. the trailer is well furnished with all the stuff needed for a vacation rental. wifi works well. everything is in perfect shape. Ernie and Ana Marie are totally available and ready to take care of your problems, if you have any. my only gripe is that they have the air conditioner on pre-programmed remote control.. the tenant has very little control over the thermostat . you can turn it up (make it less cold) for a little while , but when the next pre-programmed temperature change occurs (they happen 3 or 4 times per day) any input of yours is wiped out. at times I was standing in front of the open oven with all the stove burners going while wearing a coat (I kid you not) just to stay warm, meanwhile the air conditioner was merrily blasting away. finally I realized that I could simply pull the thermostat out of the wall (which shut the air conditioner completely off) and thereby not have the air conditioner freezing me to death. problem solved, more or less, because then you have no air conditioner at all (maybe good, maybe bad). before you rent you may want to ask about this, it really really bugged me to not have control over the thermostat. I found it insulting: guess I can't be trusted to operate a thermostat? and I froze half to death until I learned how to unplug then system. but if you don't mind being cold it's a great place..

This could if been solved if you say something, you never expressed your concerns about the AC, the reason we have control over the AC is because when property is empty we can save electricity, also tenants leaving the place some times leave the ac in a very low temperature, thats all, you never said a word a bout this, im very disappointed, the review was made based on an assumption.

Country living, pet friendly, second home feeling!

Owner’s are awesome, willing to help with everything needed! Clean and neat. Country at its best, quiet, peaceful with area for many outdoor activities. Dog friendly! Completely fenced in, so the dogs had 2 acres to run! Plenty of parking (2 cars, truck and boat). We fit 7 people and 3 big dogs comfortably. Everything we needed was on site: BBQ, hammocks, tiki pavilion, screened porch, pool, and much more.

Great for tournament anglers

Please is very clean and perfect for tournament anglers. PLENTY of parking and plug ins. Safe area. Gas station at the end of the road to fill up on the way home from the ramp. About 20 minutes drive to Roland Martin Marina. Will definitely stay again! Owners are AWESOME and very accommodating as well!

This home & property is clean, comfortable, & quiet.

The owners are extremely nice & accommodating. The home has everything you need while you’re away from your own home. There is an above ground pool in great shape, too. They have a deep freezer to store extra food. There is a washer & dryer, too. There is also what they call an additional building next to the home “the dollhouse.” It’s a bedroom with 2 beds & its own air conditioning unit! Perfect for older children to sleep in. Wi-fi works well but beware Verizon doesn’t get great cell reception out here. You’re at least 25 minutes to Walmart. Ft Myers is closer to 45-55 away. Apparently great fishing is nearby too. Overall.... extremely happy & so much bang for your buck!!!

Beautiful place with everything you need. Great hospitality, quick response. This place is huge and quite neighborhood. Best place if you all need is peace and great for big batches. For sure I will recommend this lovely beautiful place.

Relaxing and cozy cabin

I had a very peaceful stay at this home. It was clean and spacious, and it was stocked with all the necessary supplies. The surrounding area is great for going for a walk or riding an ATV. It is a spot for a relaxing time away from the busy roads.

Awesome place

It is in the perfect location to gateway from everything, the house is very cozy, the rooms are very comfortable, the back porch is the perfect place for a morning coffee and the outside area is very beautiful, it has a tiki hut and also has an above ground pool for the kids, plenty of BBQ area and the best part, Ernesto and Ana are very nice hostess;. I highly recommend this place.

A little paradise

We had such of great time there, everything you need is there, the kids were thrilled with the small little house outside as it can accommodate 3 people very easy with AC and its own TV with cable, in addition it had a Very convenient bathroom by the pool outside; we took our dog and it was as happy as he can be, we had some friends come over in their small trailer and were able to connect to the electricity and weather as the place is equipped with RV connections, that was the cherry on top of the cake.

Nice and Peaceful Place

I love my stay! Nice place to relax This is a great family-friendly farm with a great pool and a big area to be free of noise. I love the area of the Tiki hut with hamacas. There was Plenty place for our dogs to run around and our kids to play. The owner is a nice person ready to help you and answer any question We'll visit again!
