Elm House is a home from home with the luxury of a hotel. The bedroom is furnished to the highest standard and benefits from comfortable beds, all linen, desk workspace and plenty of storage. The property features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen, with top of the range appliances, a large living and dining area with SmartTV.
We provide one set of linen per bed, one towel per guest and one hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
The Reading Festival grounds is approx a 15-20min walk from the property.
