The holiday home features two spacious living rooms, two open-plan kitchens, five air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms. One of the living rooms has a sofa bed, allowing the property to accommodate up to 2 additional guests. For relaxing moments, there is also a streaming TV, board games and darts.

Set on a 1-hectare estate with a fully enclosed courtyard garden, Villa des Sables offers the perfect setting for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy the large private heated swimming pool with electric safety cover (12 x 6 m, depth 0.9–2 m), which is illuminated and open from April to October. The pool can be heated from mid-May to the end of September.



The property also offers lovely open and covered terraces, perfect for enjoying outdoor living. By the pool, relax on the spacious outdoor lounge furniture or on the additional sun loungers. An outdoor shower, barbecue and petanque court complete the outdoor facilities. An electric vehicle charging point will be available from May 2027.
