Casa Minarè is a villa complex set in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Apulia: Selva di Fasano. Ideal at any time, thanks to the warm climate and the multitude of events and festivals that take place throughout the year. Casa Minarè is divided into two parts: the first part is reserved for guests and the second for the owners. The house sleeps 5 people and would suit family or friends who want to explore this stunning region.

The owners have invested as much care and attention in the outdoor space as they have in the interiors. Outside there is a shaded wooden loggia with a dining table and chairs, as well as a stone BBQ. This is perfect for meals al fresco and has gorgeous views of the neighbouring wooded hills. The extensive terrace is furnished with deck chairs where guests can relax and enjoy the well-tended garden.

The house has been carefully refurbished with everything guests might need for a comfortable holiday. The spacious living area combines the seating area with a sofa opposite the open fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The dining table for 6 is next to the semi-open kitchen, which is separated from the main space by attractive arches. The kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and both Nespresso and Moka coffee machines.

Bedroom 1: The sunny master bedroom has a double bed, an antique mirrored wardrobe, drawers, a desk and a Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: This bright second bedroom, has a single bed and a pull-out single bed with a hanging rail and desk.
Bedroom 3: The third bedroom is furnished with a double sofa bed and a wardrobe.

Bathroom
The spacious bathroom has a shower, stylish basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Although this property is set in quiet countryside, there is plenty to do and see close by. It is just 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Fasano, Savelletri. This stretch of coast is known for its fine white sand and clear seas.

The town of Monopoli (30 minutes drive) is packed with things to see and do. Founded around 500 BC, Monopoli’s long history is there to see in its winding streets and medieval harbour. Tuesday is market day (closes 1pm), so head to Piazza Falcone e Borsellino to enjoy the freshest local produce and get inspired to cook at home.

Inland is the stunning town of Alberobello (20 minutes) which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The town is famous for its Trulli as well as some of the finest food in Puglia. Alberobello’s vibrant, weekly market (Thursday morning from 7.30 am) is another excellent place to pick up the best local ingredients.

For children (and adults) in search of excitement, there is the Aquapark Egnazia (25 minutes) with a variety of rides. For golfers, San Domenico Golf Club is just next door (23 minutes). Also close by, the excavations of the Roman city of Egnazia (25 minutes) make a fascinating day out for all ages. The museum on site includes finds from the Bronze Age to ancient Rome.

The closest airports are at Bari, a 1-hour drive, and Aeroporto del Salento, Brindisi, which is just 50 minutes from the house.
