Phaedrus Living: Hoopoe Residencies 001, located on the ground floor. Upon entering, you will find the living area, which is furnished with two comfortable armchairs and a spacious double sofa. The living area also features a 43” smart TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The space is bright and adorned with vintage charm and decor, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a washing machine for your convenience and an island table for casual dining or additional workspace.
Moving forward, you will come to the first bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A staircase leads to the second bedroom, which offers two comfortable single beds, providing a cozy and private space.
Furthermore, the renowned Ledra Street, known for its bustling atmosphere and diverse array of shops, local restaurants, charming cafes, boutique shops, and significant cultural sites, is just a mere 2-minute walk from the residences. This prime location makes them an ideal base for guests who wish to explore the vibrant city of Nicosia with ease and convenience. Additionally, the expansive Nicosia Mall, offering a wide selection of retail stores, dining options, and entertainment facilities, is conveniently located only a 12-minute drive away. Whether you are in town for leisure or business, Hoopoe Residencies ensure a comfortable and strategically situated home away from home.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
