This brand new apartment is furnished with natural materials and neutral colours to create a most relaxing environment.

To guarantee a good quality sleep the bedroom is equipped with a super king size bed, linen sheets and a Lattoflex mattress (2m x 2m).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to create your home away from home.

In the salon we look to create a “home cinema” feeling with a 55 inch TV and an adjustable LED light around the TV wall. There’s a large linen sofa which is convertible into a queen size bed.

The terrace has a table for 4 and a pleasant lounge area to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

You can take a refreshing swim in the community pool which is surrounded by a colourful garden


LOCATION:

The apartment is fabulously located close to Villaverde, Lajares, El Cotillo, the North Shore and the sand dunes of Corralejo

- Villaverde: cosy village with traditional Canarian houses and numerous good grill restaurants.
- Lajares: known for its bohemian atmosphere, offers multiple good restaurants and cafés.
- El Cotillo: authentic fishermen’s village with good seafood restaurants where the catch of the day is served.
- Sand dunes of Corralejo: must visit for a relaxing day by the beach with pristine beaches and crystal clear waters. Also fantastic for water sport enthusiasts.
