The condominium is located 3.5 km northeast of the historic centre of Rome and only a 12-minute walk from Villa Borghese. The condominium has a large garden and a 5-minute walk and stairs(30) from the entrance to the building to the apartment. Parioli is one of the most elegant and residential neighbourhoods of Rome, not far from the city centre. It is full of high-level restaurants, cinemas, theatres and stores of the best brands. It is located between two large parks: Villa Ada, ideal for sports lovers, and Villa Borghese, an enchanting setting for pleasant walks to Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo and the famous Borghese Museum.

The flat does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans, furthermore the building is being restored and has scaffolding on one facade of the building (main entrace living and sleeping area) .

This bright and quiet 97sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and from the building's front door to the elevator there are about 10 steps to take. It is located in a condominium with a large garden and is about a 5-minute walk (staircase with 30 steps) from the entrance of the condominium. The house consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The first bedroom is on the left as you enter and can also be used as a study, then there is the living room and the second bedroom also on the left of the corridor with the bathroom and kitchen.

The flat does not have air conditioning but is equipped with fans, furthermore the building is being restored and has scaffolding on one facade of the building (main entrace living and sleeping area) .

The living room has 2 sofas, a television, a pouf(bed), a table with 3 chairs. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture. The living room's window has scaffolding in front due to the redoing of the facade of the building and it is therefore advisable not to open the shutters.

The bedroom entering on the left is communicating with the living room, the first has a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), a closet, a desk with a chair.
The second bedroom has a single bed (120cm x 190cm), 2 bedside tables, a desk with a chair and a closet. Bookcases, lamps and paintings complete the living room furniture.
