Each bedroom has a TV, fan, and ultra-comfortable beds. Whether it’s a quick weekend or a longer getaway, this space is ideal for your group.

The property includes two terraces:

A large front terrace with jacuzzi, perfect for watching the movement on Calle 10.

A spacious back terrace with private pool, BBQ area, another jacuzzi, lots of space to relax, and a mini gym with free weights.

Guest access
You’ll have full and private access to the entire apartment and its amenities; nothing is shared. This includes the 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and both terraces: front and back.

The private pool, the 2 jacuzzis, the BBQ area, and the mini gym are just for you. No restrictions or off-limits areas—just space to relax, share, and enjoy with your group.

We’ll always be nearby if you need anything during your stay.

Before your arrival, we’ll request a valid ID and a short registration form to keep everything organized and secure.

– ACCESSIBILITY –
Access is only by stairs. At the moment it’s not suitable for wheelchairs, but we’re working on it.

– AGE RESTRICTION –
Minors can only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with proof of the relationship.
