The house was extensively renovated and renovated in 2024 according to the current KfW standards. The aspect of sustainability was always the focus. The ecological power supply comes from the in-house photovoltaic system and heat pump.

The three apartments offer a quiet and comfortable environment and can accommodate up to four people.

The bright living room with a comfortable seating area invites you to relax and the fully equipped kitchen allows you to self-cater. There is also a modern bathroom and a bedroom with a comfortable, high-quality box spring bed.

Enjoy the sunny days on the balcony or terrace. In the adjacent garden there is a barbecue area with a sheltered seating area.

All apartments have free WiFi.

You will find a safe place to park your bike in our garage or basement.

Smoking is not permitted on site.

In order to accommodate the many guests with allergies, we unfortunately cannot accept any pets. We ask for your understanding.
